In the first half of 2025, Aethir introduced numerous innovations and exciting projects to support the global expansion of our decentralized GPU cloud infrastructure. We expanded the Aethir ecosystem to over 150 partners and clients, achieving an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $141+ million, and positioning our decentralized GPU cloud at the forefront of the DePIN sector. To support onboarding new compute cohorts, we’ve launched the EigenLayer ATH Vault, along with the eATH pool on Pendle for our community. In H1, we’ve launched various ecosystem and community initiatives to expand Aethir’s reach in key markets and sectors, including AI, Web3, and gaming. Kluster.ai leverages our infrastructure for its AI cloud platform, offering serverless inference and fine-tuning services, enabling companies to screen millions of patients for clinical trials in minutes rather than months. Attentions.ai utilizes Aethir for its no-code platform that builds, trains, and deploys private LLMs for enterprise clients with secure, ROI-focused AI solutions. Mondrian AI, a South Korean data science company selected for the 2023 KOREA AI STARTUP 100, depends on Aethir's infrastructure to power its enterprise AI platform "Yennefer" and data visualization solutions that accelerate AI transformation for businesses and government organizations.

The EigenLayer ATH Vault: Onboarding GPU Compute with eATH
Our most prized accomplishment in H1 2025 was the launch of our EigenLayer ATH Vault. Thanks to our collaboration with EigenLayer, we’ve brought our $141+ million on-chain ARR to EigenLayer’s Restaking Infrastructure, allowing our community members to directly support the onboarding of new GPU compute into Aethir’s DePIN stack.
The EigenLayer ATH Vault allows users to stake ATH and mint eATH, thereby maximizing their rewards. ATH stakers can now provide the staked ATH required for new compute cohorts, thus allowing us to service more clients and supercharge the growth of AI and gaming innovation. Each user who deposits their ATH in the EigenLayer ATH Vault is joining Aethir’s journey to support the most innovative AI and gaming enterprises with premium, decentralized, scalable, and cost-effective cloud computing. The best part about eATH is that it acts as a liquid staking receipt token, accumulating ATH rewards throughout its lifecycle, allowing holders to redeem the accrued ATH rewards once their staking period ends.

Supporting Gaming Innovation with Premium GPU Compute at Scale
In H1 2025, Aethir onboarded multiple high-profile gaming veterans into our ecosystem, supporting innovative gaming use cases with our decentralized GPU cloud. Our team was present at GDC, the world’s premier gaming conference, representing Aethir’s decentralized GPU cloud vision for next-generation gaming use cases.
SuperScale conducted two in-depth case studies on how Aethir’s DePIN stack supports gaming user acquisition campaigns across different gaming platforms and genres.
The first SuperScale case study conducted on the Tiny Tower mobile game revealed that 43% more players prefer instant play over download, a +35% increase in click-through rate (CTR) over download, and a +45% higher conversion rate over download.
The second case study measured Aethir’s impact on Reality+’s Doctor Who: Worlds Apart. The results showed an Install Conversion Rate uplift of +201%, an IAP Conversion Rate uplift of +18%, and an ARPU improvement of +61% with strong growth post D7 +82%.
We onboarded SACHI and Ponchiqs into the Aethir ecosystem while expanding our strategic relationships within the Web3 gaming ecosystem through partnerships with Immutable, Magic Eden, and Sequence since last year. Through our partnership with Xsolla, we have successfully uploaded and tested over 400 games across both PC and Mobile Platforms since 2024.
Our momentum in gaming continued to accelerate in H1 2025, with hundreds of titles being evaluated on Aethir’s infrastructure by elite AAA publishers, including Scopely, Zynga, Jam City, and others. Beyond the core streaming technology, Aethir began actively developing a full-stack, end-to-end publishing solution.
On the AI-in-Gaming front, Aethir has built a robust network of top-tier publishers, EA, Ubisoft, Activision, and others, who are aggressively integrating AI into key development and operational workflows. From App Store Optimization and automated QA to generative asset creation and data storage, studios are already leveraging Aethir’s enterprise-grade compute powered by H100, H200, and B200 GPUs.
Aethir & Pendle: Expanding eATH Token Utility
Launching the EigenLayer ATH Vault and the versatile eATH receipt token, we immediately ensured robust DeFi options for all eATH holders, thus solidifying our commitment to our community.
By launching an eATH pool on Pendle, we enabled stakers to split eATH into PT and YT for advanced DeFi strategies, such as looping and hedging. Our collaboration with Pendle introduced eATH directly to Pendle’s innovative yield trading ecosystem, enabling new DeFi options and yield-generating strategies for Aethir stakers. GPU-based DePIN staking integrates into Pendle’s DeFi framework for the first time, bringing modular infrastructure yield to restaking-native DeFi users. Aethir’s eATH pool on Pendle allows stakers to leverage SY-eATH, a standardized yield token designed for seamless integration with Pendle’s yield trading and automated market maker (AMM) mechanisms. This way, eATH holders can maximize their DeFi benefits while supporting our compute providers with staked ATH.
This means eATH holders can now earn more by putting their tokens to work in smarter, more flexible ways. Whether they're looking for steady returns or advanced yield strategies, Pendle makes it easy to tailor their rewards while helping strengthen the Aethir ecosystem. Users can unlock new earning potential from their staked assets without giving up exposure to Aethir’s long-term growth. By tapping into Pendle’s dynamic DeFi ecosystem, users gain more control, more options, and the ability to amplify returns in a high-performance restaking environment.
How ATH Powers Scalable GPU Access
Aethir’s compute infrastructure spans over 94 countries and supports more than 430,000 high-performance GPU containers, including NVIDIA H100s, H200s, and GB200s. Our decentralized operating model allows Aethir to bypass bottlenecks that plague centralized clouds, including geopolitical constraints, supply chain disruption, and data center maintenance costs. At the heart of this system is ATH, our native token that binds compute supply, demand, and rewards. Aethir’s model is structured around alignment. Instead of vertical ownership, it invites horizontal participation.
Aethir’s compute economy runs on a carefully structured value cycle. When a customer books compute using ATH, GPU providers receive 80% of the payment, locked for 45 days to guarantee SLA fulfillment. The remaining 20% is allocated to the Aethir Foundation treasury, which reinvests in ecosystem growth.
Aethir Tribe: Onboarding Thousands of Micro-KOL Ambassadors
As we celebrated our first TGE anniversary, we introduced Aethir Tribe, a unique program to onboard thousands of Aethir community members as KOL ambassadors. We owe our success to the amazing Aethir community, which believed in our vision of universal cloud computing from day one. Through the Aethir Tribe program, we gave our community the chance to become official voices of Aethir’s decentralized GPU cloud vision. The program featured 433 social media posts, 260k+ views, and 20k+ community interactions within the initial two-week Alpha phase. Community members with less than 100 followers are the biggest winners of the program, responsible for 65% of the total views and post engagements.
The Aethir Tribe program is designed to reward active community members and incentivize them to create engaging social media content related to Aethir’s DePIN stack. By onboarding thousands of micro-KOL ambassadors, we are supercharging Aethir’s global reach as the only decentralized enterprise-grade GPU-as-a-service provider for AI and gaming. We are enabling every Aethir community member to join the program and compete for exciting prizes by casually contributing engaging social media content related to Aethir’s DePIN stack.
Aethir’s $100 Million Ecosystem Fund: Supporting AI Innovators and RWA Visionaries
Our $100 Million Ecosystem Fund played a critical role in supporting the growth of Aethir’s AI and RWA ecosystem over the past six months. The fund is designed to support innovative builders with compute grants and subsidies for Aethir’s decentralized cloud. We firmly believe that builders with clear, innovative visions should have access to the resources they need to create industry-shaping solutions. That’s why we supported five batches of AI agent builders, totaling 25+ projects, along with a batch of RWA trailblazers building at the intersection of AI and RWA.
AI agents and RWA are two vibrant industry niches within Web3 that have been showing promising developments in H1 2025. As passionate supporters of Web3 innovation, we showed hands-on support for innovative projects through our ecosystem grants.
Spreading Aethir’s Vision at Key Global Web3 Events
In H1 2025, Aethir participated in over 15 major Web3 conferences and hosted 10+ branded events across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, driving visibility around decentralized cloud, AI, and DePIN.
We kicked off ETHDenver with AI Agent Day, rAlve the Night, AI InfraFi Builder Brunch, and the deAI Ecosystem Dinner. In Asia, AI Agent Day at Consensus Hong Kong attracted over 2,500 registrants. During TOKEN2049 Dubai, we hosted deAI Day with more than 3,000 RSVPs, alongside a private boat party, Pioneer Connect, and a VIP ecosystem dinner, further amplifying Aethir’s visibility and thought leadership on the global stage.
Additional gatherings at ETHSeoul, Permissionless IV, and EthCC connected us with builders, investors, and KOLs through curated networking formats, such as Pioneer Connect and The Brunch Network. We also maintained presence at SEA Blockchain Week, PBW, Consensus Toronto, and IVS Japan, expanding Aethir’s brand and ecosystem reach globally.
Aethir Forge: A Community-Powered Ecosystem Program
We introduced Aethir Forge, an innovative program designed to strengthen our community and expand the reach of the Aethir ecosystem in the AI, gaming, and Web3 sectors. The Aethir Forge program empowers individuals to self-organize at the grassroots level, providing a structured framework to engage their local communities. It focuses on educating and onboarding new members while spreading Aethir’s vision through localized, community-driven initiatives. Aethir Forge is expanding Aethir’s presence across key regions with thriving developer communities.

Aethir’s Expansion to Solana
The Solana ecosystem is a leader in the blockchain industry, boasting vibrant sectors in AI, gaming, DeFi, and infrastructure. In February, Aethir expanded to the Solana blockchain, marking a historical milestone in the growth of our decentralized GPU cloud computing infrastructure. Thanks to our partners from LayerZero and Stargate, the ATH token is now available on Solana, empowering Aethir’s stakeholders with a wide range of new possibilities involving transactions and smart contract interactions across the Solana blockchain.
By enabling ATH transactions on the Solana blockchain, Aethir is simplifying our GPU cloud services for customers whose daily operations are based on Solana. For retail users, trading ATH on the Solana network opens new possibilities, including access to Solana’s famously low transaction fees.
The Checker Node Buyback Program
Aethir’s Checker Node Buyback program enables node holders to sell their NFT licenses back to Aethir, earning exciting benefits. The buyback program is part of Aethir’s broader strategy to strengthen the Aethir ecosystem by enabling users to support onboarding new compute cohorts into Aethir’s DePIN stack. Users can sell their Checker Nodes to Aethir Foundation in exchange for eATH, which is used to support Aethir’s decentralized cloud computing infrastructure. When Checker Node holders sell their nodes back to Aethir, they directly support our network's fresh cohorts of GPU compute by holding eATH. We are utilizing eATH to facilitate the Checker Buyback program, supporting the onboarding of new GPU Cloud Host cohorts into Aethir’s decentralized cloud.

In June, we announced the much-awaited Season 2.0 of Aethir Cloud Drop to reward our loyal community members who have been with us throughout our journey. Aethir has rewarded long-term supporters, including Checker Node holders, ATH stakers, and Cloud Hosts, who are the primary beneficiaries of Aethir Cloud Drop Season 2.0. Without Checker Node holders, ATH stakers, and Cloud Hosts, Aethir’s GPU cloud would not function. These community groups have been directly supporting Aethir’s daily operations and network stability since the launch of our mainnet. They are the core pillars of Aethir’s DePIN stack, which is why we rewarded our long-term supporters whose commitment has helped us build Aethir’s decentralized cloud infrastructure.
